FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. I bought an item and I'm not happy with it. What can I do?

We operate a NO REFUNDS policy. However if you are not happy with your purchase (or it is received damaged) for whatever reason, you can exchange it with the same item or another item from our range of the same price (or higher, if excess is paid). If there is nothing that appeals to you at the time, then we will record a credit on file for you which you are welcome to use when you have found an item you are interested in. You can use this credit against higher priced items, provided the balance is paid. In all cases your item must be returned to us first (please see 'Terms'). Return postage will be the senders responsibility. Please ensure you return items via recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for parcels not received.

2. I want to return an item for exchange, what do I do?

When you want to return an item, email us at returns@sarabdesigns.co.uk giving us your name, address, and details of the item, along with the reason for the return. We will then send you a reply with a Returns Number. This number must be included with the item. Without this number we will not accept any returns. Please ensure you send items either recorded or obtain proof of postage as we will not be liable for loss in transit. Return postage costs will not be reimbursed.

3. I am interested in wholesale goods. How do you operate?

Email us at wholesale@sarabdesigns.co.uk for further information. The minimum wholesale spend is £200.00.

4. I want to unsubscribe from your mailing list. How do I do this?

You can either click on the link at the bottom of our marketing emails or please send your email address with 'Remove from Mailing List' in the subject line to mailinglist@sarabdesigns.co.uk Your email will be removed ASAP.

5. How can I care for my jewellery to prolong its life?

Costume jewellery by its nature is designed for occasional wear. Avoid knocking on hard surfaces. Avoid contact with water (e.g whilst washing up or in the bath). Direct contact with perfume should be avoided as it can cause discoloration of some metals. Do not sleep whilst wearing your jewellery. Keep jewellery items in their boxes to avoid loosening of stones or wrap individually in tissue (this way if a stone does come loose you may be able to find it and glue it back on).
