There is no minimum spend (Retail only) .

All prices are quoted in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT.

Postage is FREE for all orders regardless of size and quantity (UK orders only).

International Orders above £100.00, postage and handling are FREE. Otherwise £7.50 per order. FREE GIFT only offered on orders of £15 and over. If items is returned then FREE GIFT must also be returned unless replacement is accepted.

We aim to ensure 100% satisfaction with your purchase. We do not give refunds on purchases. However we are happy to exchange the item for the same (if available) or replace with a similar item of the same value. Alternatively we will register a credit for you which can be used at a later date subject to item being returned in satisfactory condition. RETURNS can only be made during the first 7 days after purchase. After this time returns will not be accepted. Please note returns postage costs are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations (Unless unworn and in original packaging)

When returning items, contact must be made first to obtain a Returns Number. Email us at returns@sarabdesigns.co.uk The Returns Number must be clearly visible on item or on correspondence received with item. Return postage costs are the purchasers responsibilty and we will not reimburse this (unless item was received faulty or damaged).

All returns must be sent via recorded/signed for delivery (insured delivery) or proof of postage must be obtained or your return will not be valid and no exchange or credit will be given. We will not be responsible for loss in transit.

Payment by Paypal(International or UK) or Postal order. Simply select preferred method at checkout and you will be given instructions. Just follow the online instructions.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS

Postage is just 7.50p per order. Orders above £100.00, postage and handling are FREE.

Payment only accepted via PAYPAL.

WEBSITE

We usually only stock one of each item to ensure some exclusivity. We also manually remove items sold as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Therefore if two people purchases the same item the person that purchased it first will be sold the item and the other will be offered a refund or a choice of another item.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

Email us for further information at wholesale@jewelleryheaven.com. Minimum spend is only £200. You must have a valid VAT or Company registration number. This does not apply to International Purchasers. Email us at wholesale@sarabdesigns.co.uk with your details.

We will always answer your queries within 24-48 hours (during normal office hours). We aim to keep you informed at all times.

Goods will be posted within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment (during a normal working week including Saturday mornings). Same day if payment confirmation is received before 1pm.

We will ensure that the product is thoroughly checked prior to postage.

Every customer will receive a follow up email to ensure that they were happy with both their purchase and their shopping experience. We welcome your feedback, both postive and negative.

Our prices will remain some of the cheapest on the net. We check our prices against our competitors regularly. We guarantee to beat any competitors price on any item, provided it is the same item and proof can be presented (must be retail and not wholesale price)

The quality of the goods we sell will be of the highest standard. We carefully select our products to ensure you are getting the best.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. Sara B. Designs does not collect duties or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice which you are responsible for. Sara B. Designs will in no way be responsible for any charges incurred. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

You will receive an email only when new items are added or there is something new to report regarding our business. We will NEVER divulge this information to any other party.
